But I will take the time to poke some fun at your title.
First of all, why is "things" the only word not capitalized? Do you have a problem with that word?
Second, don't you think it's a bit insulting to assume that I never knew these things? I mean urine tests? Really?
Finally, if you don't have 10 interesting things to say, just do a list of 5 or 6. It doesn't always have to be a top ten list. Or, if you need material, check this site out (www.google.com). I hear it's pretty good.
